Setting Up Your AI Front Office

Getting started takes about 24 hours from sign-up to live. Here's what to expect.

Step 1: Sign Up

Choose your plan at ezbizservices.com and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Step 2: Onboarding Call

We'll schedule a 30-minute onboarding call to gather your business details:

  • Business name and hours — when should the AI answer vs. send to voicemail?
  • Services offered — what questions do customers commonly ask?
  • Appointment types — what can be booked, and how long is each slot?
  • Calendar integration — which calendar system do you use?
  • Custom greetings — how should the AI introduce itself?

Step 3: Number Setup

You'll get a dedicated business phone number, or we can configure call forwarding from your existing number.

Options:

  • New number — we provision a local number for your area
  • Forward existing — set up forwarding from your current number to the AI
  • Port number — transfer your existing number to our system

Step 4: Testing

Before going live, we run test calls to make sure everything works:

  • AI answers correctly
  • Appointments book to your calendar
  • Notifications reach you
  • After-hours handling works
  • Missed call texts send properly

Step 5: Go Live

Once testing passes, your AI receptionist is live. You'll get access to your dashboard where you can monitor everything.

  • A business email address
  • Your business hours
  • A list of services you offer (with approximate durations)
  • Calendar access (Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar)
  • Your Google Business Profile link (for review requests)
