Your AI Front Office comes with a web-based dashboard where you can see all activity, listen to calls, and track performance.
Accessing Your Dashboard
After onboarding, you'll receive a link to your dashboard. Log in with the credentials set during setup.
Dashboard Sections
Call History
View all incoming and outgoing calls with:
- Date and time
- Caller phone number
- Call duration
- Call recording (with audio playback)
- AI transcription
- Call outcome (appointment booked, message taken, etc.)
Messages
View all SMS conversations:
- Inbound customer messages
- Automated follow-ups sent
- Missed call text-backs
- Review request responses
Appointments
See all booked appointments:
- Date, time, and duration
- Customer name and phone
- Service type
- Status (upcoming, completed, cancelled, no-show)
Analytics
Track key metrics over time:
- Total calls — how many calls the AI handled
- Appointments booked — conversion from calls to bookings
- Messages sent — automated follow-ups and texts
- Response rate — how often customers respond to texts
- Missed calls recovered — leads saved by text-back
Admin Dashboard
Business owners with multiple locations or services see an admin-level view with:
- Per-client breakdowns
- Aggregate stats across all numbers
- 30-day rolling metrics
- Call volume trends
