Client Dashboard

Your AI Front Office comes with a web-based dashboard where you can see all activity, listen to calls, and track performance.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After onboarding, you'll receive a link to your dashboard. Log in with the credentials set during setup.

Dashboard Sections

Call History

View all incoming and outgoing calls with:

  • Date and time
  • Caller phone number
  • Call duration
  • Call recording (with audio playback)
  • AI transcription
  • Call outcome (appointment booked, message taken, etc.)

Messages

View all SMS conversations:

  • Inbound customer messages
  • Automated follow-ups sent
  • Missed call text-backs
  • Review request responses

Appointments

See all booked appointments:

  • Date, time, and duration
  • Customer name and phone
  • Service type
  • Status (upcoming, completed, cancelled, no-show)

Analytics

Track key metrics over time:

  • Total calls — how many calls the AI handled
  • Appointments booked — conversion from calls to bookings
  • Messages sent — automated follow-ups and texts
  • Response rate — how often customers respond to texts
  • Missed calls recovered — leads saved by text-back

Admin Dashboard

Business owners with multiple locations or services see an admin-level view with:

  • Per-client breakdowns
  • Aggregate stats across all numbers
  • 30-day rolling metrics
  • Call volume trends
