Call Answering

Your AI receptionist answers every call, 24/7. It greets callers, captures their name, number, and reason for calling, then logs everything to your inbox. No voicemail, no phone tree.

After-Hours Greeting

When someone calls outside your business hours, the AI uses your after-hours message instead of the regular greeting. Callers can still leave messages.

Call Summary Notifications

After each call, you get a summary with the caller's name, number, and what they need. Delivered to your inbox and optionally via email or SMS.

Dropped Call Follow-Up

If a call drops or disconnects unexpectedly, the caller automatically gets a text: "Sorry we got disconnected — how can we help?"

Calendar Sync (Optional)

If you connect a calendar, the AI can check availability and book appointments during the call. Works with Google Calendar and Cal.com.

Call Recording & Transcription

Every call is recorded and transcribed. You can listen to recordings and read transcripts in your dashboard.

Voicemail Transcription
