Client Onboarding Guide

Welcome to EZBiz Services. This guide walks you through getting started with your AI Front Office.

Before You Start

Have these ready:

  • Your business name and address
  • Business phone number
  • Business hours (including holidays)
  • List of services with approximate durations
  • Google Calendar or Outlook access
  • Google Business Profile link (for review requests)

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Visit ezbizservices.com and pick the plan that fits:

  • Starter ($149/mo, 300 minutes): AI receptionist, call recording, SMS follow-ups, missed call text-back. Setup: $197.
  • Pro ($297/mo, 800 minutes): Everything in Starter + review requests, custom greetings. Setup: $397.
  • Scale ($497/mo, 1,500 minutes): Everything in Pro + priority support. Setup: $397.

Additional minutes are $0.50/min on any tier. Save 20% with annual billing — Starter $119/mo, Pro $238/mo, Scale $398/mo. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. No contracts.

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

After checkout, you'll be directed to the onboarding form. Fill in your business details — this information trains your AI receptionist.

Then schedule your onboarding call: Book here

Step 3: Phone Number Setup

During your onboarding call, we'll set up your phone number:

  • Option A: We give you a new local number
  • Option B: Forward your existing number to the AI
  • Option C: Port your existing number to our system

Step 4: Go Live

After setup (typically within 24 hours), your AI receptionist starts handling calls. You'll get:

  • Dashboard access link
  • Login credentials
  • Quick-start guide
  • Direct support contact

What Happens Next

  • Week 1: Monitor calls in your dashboard, adjust greetings if needed
  • Week 2: Review analytics, fine-tune appointment types
  • Week 3: Enable review requests (Pro/Scale plans)
