How does the AI know about my business? During onboarding, we train the AI on your business details — services, hours, pricing, common questions. It uses this context on every call.

Can I keep my existing phone number? Yes. You can either forward your number to the AI, or port it to our system entirely.

What happens if the AI can't handle a question? It takes a message with the caller's name, number, and question, then notifies you immediately so you can follow up.

Is there a contract? No. All plans are month-to-month with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Can the AI handle multiple calls at once? Yes. Unlike a human receptionist, the AI can handle unlimited simultaneous calls.

Do callers know they're talking to AI? The AI sounds natural and conversational. We can configure whether it identifies itself as an AI or as your receptionist — your choice.

Are my files stored on your servers? Free tools run entirely in your browser — files never leave your device. Pro tools process files on our servers but don't store them after processing (unless you use Cloud History).

What's the maximum file size? Free tools have no file size limit. Pro tools support up to 250MB per file.

Can I use PDFShift for free? Yes. 10 tools are completely free with no account required. Pro tools are $9/month.

How often should I run site audits? At least monthly. Run an audit after any major site update or content changes.

Is the SEO Toolkit accurate? Our tools use real-time data from your actual site. Results reflect your current state, not cached data.

What is MCP? MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools. Our MCP servers let AI tools like Claude directly access business intelligence, SEO, and social media capabilities.

Which AI assistants support MCP? Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, and any client implementing the MCP standard.

Can I use MCP without an AI assistant? MCP is designed for AI assistant integration. For direct web-based access, use PDFShift or SEO Toolkit instead.
